All customer information is strictly confidential. We will not
sell, lease, or share your personal information to ANYONE. Madame
Madeline will only use your information to help us process and
deliver your order, to answer your inquiry, and to notify you
by email regarding your order. We may send you emails regarding
promotional and product discounts that may be of interest to you
ONLY if you have signed up with our mailing list. You may unsubscribe
anytime simply by completing the short form located below the
navigation bar on the left side of each page. We prohibit any
unsolicited contact (email, postal mail, phone calls, etc). We
do not tolerate SPAMMING in any way or form. All of our customers
have the right to remove their information from our database anytime,
at request.
If you submit information by participating in our surveys, we
will only use the collected information to guide us in creating
our monthly promos, and to benefit you, our customers. In addition,
we will take your responses into consideration when deciding which
products to add to our site. All information collected will be
kept confidential and will not be sold, duplicated, or used for
any other purpose.

Like most websites with shopping carts, we use a feature

We collect user IP addresses with your personally identifiable information for credit fraud protection. Madame Madeline may disclose your IP address, including personally identifiable information, we deem necessary, in our sole discretion, to your ISP, to local Law Enforcement, to members of Merchant911.org, and to Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC), a partnership organization between FBI and the NW3C.
Madame Madeline understand how important security is to
you and shall protect the security of your personal information
and credit card details when you shop with us online. We
use PayPal and Authorizenet to process credit cards and
bank transfers. PayPal is an email payment service that
enables any consumer with an email address to securely and
conveniently send and receive payments online. Industrial

personal information by encrypting your personal information
you provide during the checkout process so that it can not

Madame Madeline carries only fine quality merchandise. We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on everything we sell. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order less shipping and any PayPal/Credit Card processing fees (if applicable). Refund requests must be made within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. Please refer to our WARRANTY/REFUND POLICY section of our FAQ Page for details.
We ship all of our packages using US Postal Service and UPS. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment (excluding weekends and holidays). You can check the status of your order anytime by visiting our Order Status Page. As a general guideline, please allow 3-7 business days for USPS First-Class mail delivery, 2-4 business days for USPS Priority Mail, 2 business days for USPS Express Mail, 6-12 business days for Global Priority Mail, and 4-7 business days for Global Express Mail.
Your order will be shipped promptly. However, the US Postal Service and UPS do not guarantee the delivery date and time of your package. First-Class and Priority Shipping can take 3 to 6 days longer than normal to deliver during the holidays (especially during the month of December). Please Note: Madame Madeline is not responsible/liable for any UP Postal Service/UPS's error during transit, including damage and loss of package, and for any "reasonable" delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames.
To ensure safe delivery,
all packages (except for Airmail and Global Priority
Mail) are shipped with Delivery Confirmation (or Signature
Confirmation at our sole discretion). You can track

at the UPS website.
