• Help! I can not retrieve my
order?
Make sure you have enter a valid Order ID and e-mail address
you entered during checkout. To double check, you can find your Order ID and
the e-mail address you used for your order in the "Order Receipt"
that you received by e-mail. If you did not received a copy of your Order Receipt
by e-mail, then you may have mis-typed or entered your e-mail incorrectly. Please
feel free to contact us if you need any help retrieving your order.

will it take for my order to arrive once it's shipped?
Delivery time will
depend upon the shipping method. See table
