01) Does Madame Madeline accept International orders?
MADAME MADELINE accepts orders and ships to all fifty states in the United States (as well as U.S. territories), Canada, and few selected countries. CLICK HERE to see a list of countries we currently accept orders from. We will ship to your country that are not on the list if you pay with international Postal Money Order/Cashier's Check (in $USD), Western Union MoneyGram/Transfer, or Traveler's Express MoneyGram. when shopping with Madame Madeline for domestic customers. We will cover the sales tax

04) How do you process credit cards? What
is PayPal and Authorizenet?

of security, we use Authorizenet and PayPal to process credit cards
and bank transfers (e-checks). Authorizenet and PayPal will protect

My credit card was denied (Authorization Failed) during checkout.
WHY?
The most likely reason for a failed
authorization is a mismatch between the information (address, zip
code, expiration date, cvv code) you provided and the billing record
for your credit card that your bank has on file. Solution:
Please make sure to enter your full name and billing address EXACTLY
as they appear on your most recent credit card billing statement.
Your card should be approved as long as you entered everything correctly.
Failed authorization can also occur when you have insufficient fund
in your account or if your credit card company has put a 'hold'
on your accout. You can also try to use a different credit card
or payment method. We also accept PayPal, Money Order, and Cashier's
Check. We will gladly accept personal check if you are a repeat
customer.
You can also contact us with your selected product(s) and we will send you an electronic bill you can fill out with your credit card info.

How do you process International
credit cards and orders?
International customers can pay
with PayPal (preferred), Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover
Card), or International Money Order (in $USD). Please
Note: International
orders will be shipped to the billing address and the cardholders
name ONLY. Billing address and shipping address must be the same.
Credit cards payments will be processed by our payment gateway. We use AVS (address verification) and CVV (card verification code) to protect you against credit card fraud and identity theft. Your IP address will be recorded to verify location. If you are paying with a Credit Card, you have to pass both our AVS and CVV filters.
If you fail one or both of our AVS/CVV filters, we will require you to fax or email us an attachment a copy of your Photo ID (Driver's license or Passport) with your photograph and address as it appears on your credit card billing statement. Your order will not be shipped if you failed to provide the proper identification. You will only need to provide Photo ID ONCE for us to setup an account for you; you will not need to repeat this process for all future orders unless your shipping address changes. Remember, your information is strictly confidential. We will not sell, lease, or share your personal information to ANYONE. Once we have received and verified your information, your order will be shipped immediately. Alternatively, you can pay with Western Union MoneyGram/Transfer, or Traveler's Express MoneyGram.

05) I ordered
and paid for an item that was out of stock. What happens now?
In the event that an item you purchased is out
of stock, an email will be sent to you immediately notifying you that
the item is out of stock along with its expected shipping date. You will
have two options: (1) Your order will be placed on our backorder list,
and mailed to you as soon as it arrives (takes approx. one to two weeks
before shipping). (2) you may request a prompt refund of all your money
paid.
06) I can’t find the item
that I am looking for or it is out-of-stock, help?
Madame Madeline offers a large selection
of Ardell False Eyelashes and other fine lash accessories. We try
our best to have all merchandise in-stock. If you cannot find what
you are looking for (If we don’t carry the product, or if
the item is temporarily Back Ordered, Out-of-Stock, etc), please

what you have in mind. You will receive a response within 24 hours
informing you of availability of the item or whether we can place
a custom order for you. Please allow one to two weeks before shipping.

unless you are happy. Madame Madeline carries only fine
quality merchandise. We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
on everything we sell. If your order does not exceed
your highest expectations, we will refund the amount
for any unused, unopened merchandise from your order
less shipping and any card processing fees (if applicable).
Refund requests must be made within 30 days from receipt
of merchandise. Please refer to our How

08) Does Madame Madeline
accept returns and exchanges?
We are not entirely happy
unless you are happy. We stand behind our products and
offer a 100% satisfaction Guarantee on everything we
sell. Each item is guaranteed to be free of defects.
If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly
accept returns or exchanges for any unused, unopened
products purchased from us. Requests for returns and
exchanges must be made within 30 days from receipt of
your merchandise. Note, due to FDA sanitary
regulations, we are unable to accept return on any OPENED
or USED eyelash adhesive.

How do I return or exchange online purchases?
Our return policy is simple:

you are returning. Next, pack and seal your returns,
along with the form, securely in the original
package . Your
return will be given top priority and will be processed
immediately (within 24 hours) upon receipt of return
parcel.
Returns & Exchanges

If you received incorrect merchandise or damaged products
due to a mistake on our part, we will reimburse you
with a full refund (including shipping costs). If you
want to make an exchange instead, please send us the
unused, unopened merchandise and we will pay for the
cost of returning the package to us and for the shipping
cost (please ship with parcel mail) for your replacement
order.
All other Returns &
Exchanges:
For all other returns, a full refund
(less shipping and handling)
will be offered ONLY if the returns are unopened, unused,
and in its original condition. A refund or exchange

shipped?
We ship all of our packages
using US Postal Service and UPS. All of our merchandise
is packaged securely with care to ensure safe delivery.
All orders will come in sturdy boxes and be shipped
with free tracking (delivery confirmation). Tracking
is available to the following locations:
1) Within the U.S., shipments to APO/AFO and
other U.S. territories can not be tracked.
2) Canada, package shipped
with UPS and Priority Mail or Express Mail International ONLY.
3) International addresses,
package shipped with UPS and Priority Mail or Express Mail International ONLY.
Please note, we are not responsible
for any loss or delays caused by the US Postal Service.
US Postal Service do not guarantee the delivery date
of your package. Insurance is optional
but it is highly recommended. You will be given
a choice to insure your U.S, order during checkout by
marking the add insurance box (an insurance charge of
$2.00 will be added to your shipping fee automatically).
IF you live in an unsafe area or area known
to have mail theft, please request "SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION"
in the MESSAGE BOX during checkout. We will ship your
parcel with signature at time of delivery to ensure
proper and safe delivery.
For international orders, we highly recommend you select
a shipping method that includes insurance such as UPS
shipping methods, Priority Mail International, and Express Mail International.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (holidays
excluded). Your order are usually processed and shipped
