Flare n strip lashes

I am a certified lash stylist. I only do individual eye lash extensions for 3 yrs . i'm now really interesting in adding flare and strip to my menu. but do not know how to apply flares/strips. I'm desperately need help in finding out where to start, or find a video. thanks in advance
