Applying false lowe lashes

I ordered some lower lashes by Ardell, and now I realize I have no idea how to put them on. Do they go over my lower lashes? Do I apply eyeliner under my own lashes? Help!! Thanks.

The lower lashes by Ardell (Fashion Lashes #112) does go on the lower lash line. We recommend applying the eyeliner after the eyelash adhesive has dried completely. Remember it is better to use pencil eyeliner instead of liquid based formula since many liquid eyeliners contains oil based ingredients which will loosen the grip of the adhesive. As an alternative to eyeliner, you can also use dark tone eyelash adhesive such as DUO Eyelash Adhesive. The adhesive will dry black and is perfect for those who use black eyeliners.
