Firefox says the checkout page is unsecure

Postby sophels » Thu Aug 19, 2010 7:13 am

Hi All,
Firefox comes up with a warning page when I try to checkout. I've ordered before and had no problems...
I'm just not willing to put my credit card details in unless it's safe.
Any ideas?

Hi Sophie,

Our website host recently renewed our SSL Server Certificate on 8/16/2010 and as a result the Firefox may temporarily show a warning page because the certificate was only recently updated. This problem has been resolved. This warning does not effect service nor security of the shopping cart as our SSL Server Certificate is up to date. To ensure a safe shopping environment for our shoppers, our shopping cart is secured by industrial strength high grade RC4 128 bit SSL technology to encrypt all private information passing through the internet during checkout. The site is PCI Compliant by TrustWave to ensure safe shopping. Shop with confidence.

Thank you,
Grace
