Hi there,

The problem is the type of adhesive you are using. LashTite adhesive is designed for use for individual cluster or single lashes. This adhesive bonds the individual lashes to your existing lashes and will not stay on if you applied directly to your eyelid. For your modlash #45 strip eyelashes, you will need to use strip lash adhesive such as Duo Eyelash Adhesive, Andrea Modlash Adhesive, Sherani (for maximum hold), or Ardell LashGrip.

Happy lashing!

Hi lilac78,

Sherani is by far way superior than Everlash Flexibands. From user comments, FlexiBands is no better than Ardell LashGrip or Andrea Modlash Adhesive. FlexiBands is more expansive than the other adhesives is because Everlash is imported from Germany.

Eylure Lashfix offers similar hold as Sherani. DUO recently came out with DUO Brush On Striplash Adhesive (0.18oz,) a non-latex based adhesive, that is very strong. This new acrylate formulation will hold on to the lashes more securely than most latex based adhesive. Acrylate based adhesive such as DUO Brush On or Revlon Precision Adhesive does tend to dry a little faster so you have to be quick with the application process. For lash newbies, latex based adhesive is more suitable as it takes longer to dry, allowing more time to adjust/apply.
