Thank you so much!
I'll be wearing them out on Saturday :)

Hi Lydia,

Unlike individual lash adhesives, strip lash adhesives contain natural rubber latex. Rubber latex keeps the adhesive pliable so they do not harden up completely and will remain somewhat flexible. This is the reason why you can simply peel them off when you are done with your falsies. The strip will come off easily. Individual lash adhesive is different and will require special remover solution to remove the lash clusters or extensions. You should never attempt to pull off the individual lashes directly.

Happy lashing :-({|=

Fashion Lashes .. Afraid to Use!

Hey everyone!

I just picked up an Ardell Fashion Lashes Starter Kit in 105 Black. I have never used fake eyelashes before.. and I am rather scared of using them because the glue is waterproof. I am afraid that the glue might be really hard to come off my eyelids and they might rip my natural lashes with them! It says on the back of the box that you can 'gently peel off lash' but do you need to use anything like oil or soap? I just need someone to reassure me and talk my anxious soul through this. Thanks!
